A personal approach because i first want to know how you feel at the moment in the beginning off class. Personal contact is important to me.
Depending on the answers i get the class is being created, this is my strong point after 18 years of teaching experience.
On sunday and tuesday we first go dancing and shaking to unload the stuck energy and to bring stress levels down a bit.
After that we change into an asana-practice that always varies.
On sunday it’s a smooth flow and on tuesday more fun-poweryoga which is aimed at strengthening the body.
The class on sunday morning often starts with a “chat” about how we can apply yoga in our daily life.
up our system and set the tone of the day with an intention.
