Yoga workshops & retreats allow us the opportunity to dive deeper into our soul-life. Because of the longer time together we are able to tune into our state of mind and what we really long for and need in our lives and allow ourselves to go there.
There is more time for learning practical tools to help go towards the direction we want.
Basic Intention: giving tools for self-understanding and healing strategies for body and mind.
Self-knowledge and understanding is critical to being able to create a life you love.

If wounds are not healed, re-active mode keeps having the dominant role. Instead of being able to create according to what we feel.
Ultimately we have no control over what happens in our lives, but we can create skills which make it possible to live a happy life.

The workshops and retreats serve as great anchors for diving deeper into your awakening process.
We learn to use tools like breathing, mantra's, meditation, clear observation, creative writing and body movement to address the psyche on an unconscious level.
Workshops are mainly 3 to 6 hours long and take place on weekends, while retreats are typically 5 days.
